Technology Transition Agreements (TTAs) have been shown to be an effective tool in planning, guiding, and tracking technology transition initiatives.  A TTA forms the documented basis for a transition, binding the various stakeholders together to a common understanding and purpose.  A TTA has six basic elements:  technology opportunity, transition target, success metrics, programmatic, description of a seminal transition event, and signatures.  RAE’s extensive experience in formulating TTAs has resulted in an over 80% transition success rate.
